As the Response Coordinator at Integrated Staffing, Sonja brings a background in sales, recruitment, and customer service, along with a strong passion for delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and clients. With experience across multiple industries, Sonja understands the importance of tailoring solutions to meet client needs while ensuring candidates are placed in roles where they can succeed and thrive.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Sonja studied International Development Studies at Saint Mary’s University, providing her with a broad perspective on global and local community needs which is an outlook she brings into her daily work.

Outside of the office, Sonja enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and exploring the outdoors.
