Above and beyond performing screening, testing and orientations for all our prospective workers, we streamline our process to keep things straightforward and easy to understand. Our Direct Hire Model means that you will receive a simple invoice based on a percentage of the selected candidates annual salary. Or, take advantage of our Contract Hourly Model where our marginal add-on to the employee’s hourly rate means that all you will receive is a simple invoice reflecting the hourly rate.
We also manage the Workers’ Compensation process for our staff including payroll remittances and comprehensive claim management. In the event of a workplace accident, the Integrated Staffing team works with our employees and the Workers Compensation Board to facilitate an early and safe return to work.
