Our Direct Hire Model means that you will receive a simple invoice based on a percentage of the selected candidates annual salary. Or, take advantage of our Contract Hourly Model where our marginal add-on to the employee’s hourly rate means that all you will receive is a simple invoice reflecting the hourly rate.
We also manage the Workers’ Compensation process for our staff including payroll remittances and comprehensive claim management. In the event of a workplace accident, the Integrated Staffing team works with our employees and the Workers Compensation Board to facilitate an early and safe return to work.
