As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Dhara brings over 10 years of diverse HR experience to her role, having worked across industries such as advertising & marketing, real estate, oil & gas, and government. She has contributed to organizations in multicultural environments including Canada, the UAE, and India, where she developed a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR operations, client management, and business development.

Dhara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. She is currently enhancing her professional expertise by pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Thompson Rivers University.
