Brady Wells joined Integrated Staffing as a Senior Accountant based out of our Charlottetown office. He brings strong accounting and financial expertise, having previously worked as a Project Accountant with the Confederation Centre of the Arts, where he managed capital project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Before that, he was a Financial Analyst with BioVectra Inc., supporting corporate budgeting, reporting, and audit processes while developing tools to enhance financial oversight.

A graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Finance, Class of 2022), Brady also holds diplomas in Sport Management and Business from Niagara College. Originally from southern Ontario, he has built a diverse professional background that spans the arts and biopharmaceutical industries.

Outside of work, Brady is a published children’s book author, recently married, and a proud dog parent to a pitbull.
