The Role
- Support the annual operating budget, strategic plan and objectives for each department and monitor the groups performance
- Engage with analytics team to use data and management reports to drive improvement plans
- Support cross alignment with key areas (sales, HR and administration)
- Create dealership service and pricing policies
What You Can Expect
- Salary of $100,000-150,000 depending on experience
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management
- 10+ years of professional experience and at least 5 years of management experience
- Experience with project management tools and processes
- Advanced computer skills as you will be using a very sophisticated system and must have the ability to drive data analytics
