With over 10 years of experience in development, relationship management, and community engagement, Natacha brings a passion for connecting people, organizations, and opportunities. Her background in nonprofit development, donor relations, event planning, and partnership building has strengthened her ability to build authentic relationships, understand unique needs, and create solutions that support growth.

Throughout her career, Natacha has developed strong partnerships with businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders across Atlantic Canada. She brings a consultative approach to relationship building, with a focus on understanding organizational challenges and connecting businesses with the right solutions and resources to support their goals. She is excited to bring her relationship-focused approach to Integrated Staffing and help businesses navigate their staffing needs through strong partnerships and tailored workforce solutions.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being involved in her community, and can often be found with a good book, a cup of coffee, and a dog (or two) nearby.
