Michaila Doiron, CPA, is the Controller at Integrated Staffing. She graduated from Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, and has over eight years of extensive accounting experience with companies all over Atlantic Canada.
Her financial accounting experience spans multiple industries, including law, commercial real estate, insurance, and banking, with time in professional recruitment services as well. She has worked across multi-entity structures throughout her career, which translates directly to the operational complexity of a multi-brand staffing organization.
Michaila brings with her deep experience across the full accounting cycle: payroll, receivables, payables, month-end and year-end processes, and audit preparation. She has also led ERP implementations, internal controls work, and system development and training for finance teams.
