Kayla Cote

Originally from Calgary, Kayla now calls Dartmouth, Nova Scotia home. She is a Casual Response Coordinator with Integrated Staffing, bringing a grounded, people-first approach to everything she does.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. That academic background reflects a genuine interest in the relationship between organizations and the people within them. Before stepping into her current role, she built several years of customer service experience that sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and solve problems with composure.

She understands that behind every placement is a person navigating an important moment in their career, and she takes that responsibility seriously.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading and spending quality time with family.
