As Staffing Coordinator in St. John's, Newfoundland, James is responsible for providing an organized and supportive transition for his co-workers, clients, and candidates while assisting with recruitment efforts. James has a three-year Business Management education with a focus in Human Resources from the College of the North Atlantic, which allows him to apply much of what he has learned on a day-to-day basis. James has previous experience providing Human Resources support in a variety of areas such as recruitment, onboarding, file management as well as managing marketing and fundraising projects.

In addition to his education and Human Resource experience, James takes pride in being a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring point of contact. He is responsible for helping recruit and onboard new candidates, manage documentation and identify top employees for our clients. Growing up James has been involved in high level sports both as an athlete and coach, he understands the importance of working as a team towards a common goal and strives to build strong relationships, provide quality customer service and support.
