As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Atlantic Provinces, Courtnie will be responsible for continuously supporting the success of Integrated Staffing Limited in all verticals throughout the four Provinces.  Courtnie is exceptionally focused on building solid and long-lasting partnerships with local businesses looking for assistance with recruitment efforts.

Courtnie, a Maritime native, has been able to experience over 20 years of success in sales and marketing for some of the largest and most reputable health care organizations globally.  Courtnie possesses excellent interpersonal, and relationship building skills and has mastered the ability to “listen” in order to provide what the Client is really in need of as it relates to future successful candidates.

Courtnie is a specialist in the ‘business management’ world having graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree/major in Marketing Management.
